We’re thrilled and deeply grateful for the continued patronage of our customers, as we’ve welcomed another 40 customers to our community during 2023. Our total revenue has increased by 20%, mirroring the success of the previous year. We’re channelling these gains into innovative developments and fortifying our support and customer success teams, preparing for further growth and ensuring unwavering assistance for our customers, partners, and resellers. Now, as the festive season approaches, our team will take a well-earned break to return in 2024 recharged and ready to make an even greater impact.
We’re also excited to share that new team members will soon join us, as well as the launch of a knowledge base/training platform designed to maximize the system’s capabilities for our customers and partners. We are also acquiring an ISO-27001 certification to strengthen our confidence in the information security domain.
